I previously used Raiser’s Edge and recall that, when building queries, there were checkboxes such as Include inactive constituents, Include deceased constituents, and Include constituents with no valid address. By deselecting these options, those records were automatically excluded from the query.

In many of our queries, we do not want to include inactive or deceased constituents. Having similar checkboxes available would be extremely convenient and would streamline the query-building process, rather than requiring users to add separate selection criteria each time.
