Often a program will contain repeating events, all of which need the same web form customization, including custom error messages and required registration fields.

It is incredibly tedious, time consuming, and error prone to manually edit multiple identical events.

From the program level for both program and event registration forms, a user should be able to set custom text values, required fields, etc. The settings should then be applied to all child events unless that child event is edited individually.
