Editing all name formats at the same time (in the same window as opposed to opening individual windows) would not only save time, but also save time in checking to see which name formats we have and which ones we don't.

Definitely would like to be able to change a gropu of name formats either through global change or Import. With political correctness, we are in the process of changing our format to take off Mr., Mrs. or Ms. Changing one old record at a time is extremely tedious!
