Receive email notifications for payments made via the Group Sales payment link

It would be useful to be notified in real time when a payment has been made through a Group Sales payment link. I would assume this would work similarly to the notifications we receive for online sales. Payments are very rarely made as soon as the link is sent, so our staff is having to monitor payments manually, which can be taxing when we have several pending at once.

    Yes, please!

    We would love to move toward using the Group Sales Payment Link. However, due to the volume of transactions, we simply do not have the staff capacity to manually monitor the number of group sales payments coming through that method.

    This would be a huge improvement. Group sales should be a category. under Web > Email Alerts for online sales"
