Our staff needs a notification when payment is received, and our clients need a receipt of payment.
Agreed. Also, it would be nice to set 24hrs, 48hrs etc. This way you can send the payment link prior to days off and come back to payments. OR add functionality like Adobesign, when you can create notifications when they view it and when the payment has been made.

We would love to move toward using the Group Sales Payment Link. However, due to the volume of transactions, we simply do not have the staff capacity to manually monitor the number of group sales payments coming through that method.
This would be a huge improvement. Group sales should be a category. under Web > Email Alerts for online sales"
