We are having to send links on a daily basis to collect payments. It is time consuming and frustrating to the guest needing to pay.
Yes please. Extend to 7 days!
our organization deals with many school groups and similar organizations for field trips and programs. These institutions typically have a multi-level process to issue payments and get approvals. Or it may be as simple as our staff interacting with a teacher but the teach has to contact finance for a payment, and that alone might at least take a day. A 24-hour link is generally not going to be helpful for those organizations.
Really glad this feature was finally implemented, but I agree; the timeline is too short. Our staff is still relying on workarounds for taking payments outside of Altru because our constituents can't respond within 24 hours.
Please extend this. It's ridiculous.
24 hours is very short. I am happy that the ability finally happened but would love to see a way to customize the expiration time.
A link that expires in 24 hours is useless.
It is frustrating that Altru continues to make unsound business decisions when it comes to their online sales process.
Per KB 207189 , group sale payment links expire after only 24 hours. This is incredibly short, and not a realistic time frame for most of our clients. Ideally we could set a global variable for the time frame; if not, 7 days would be a more reasonable business use case.
