A past scheduled program should be able to be added to a Group Sales reservation, especially if the reservation occurred the same day as the program. If someone misses the step of connecting the program to the reservation before it occurs, which happens often as we have many Altru users at different levels of proficiency, and then I receive a check for the reservation a week later, I have no way of reflecting the amount owed without setting up a new program and reservation on a future, incorrect date, and processing the check there. Please fix this.
