Stop autopopulating gender field based on name

I do not want Altru to guess or assume a constituent's gender when I fill out their name. It is absolutely absurd that we can't disable this. Based on the other idea bank options posted here, I can only assume that Blackbaud is anti-queer and has no support for LGBTQ constituents and clients. Stop assuming gender. Give us more options. Fix this.
