Simplify the membership renewal process
The membership renewal process can be very confusing when you need to go back and make changes. For Example, if you need to update a letter, change which levels receive renewals, update which members receive renewals by their expiration date, etc.
If I am the membership manager, I would not automatically think to go to Marketing and Communications, Membership Renewal Efforts to make those changes. Also, once I am in that section, I am still not sure what the difference is between efforts, templates, activations, etc.
yes, why not lump it all into the same appeals...
