It would be great if volunteer availability options were more flexible. Currently, you can only choose a volunteers availability to be a regular day of the week, all weekdays, all weekend days, or everyday. However, our volunteers often do not have such regular schedules. We have volunteers who are available every other week, on certain regular days of the month (e.g. the first and third Thursday), or only on specific days of each month.
