Force user password change on date of expiration

I realize the password expiration rules in Altru are:
Passwords expire every 90 days. 15 days before your password expires, a notification appears to change your password.

It would be nice to see the software force the user to change their password by requiring the old password, a new password, and a confirmed new password on the date of password expiration.
