We now have the ability to edit tickets but can we edit etickets? Adding the Registrants Name Merged

We have been using mobile check-in, but for our pre-registered events, we are beginning to experiment with etickets and scanners. I have been asked by my team if it would be possible to have the registrant name on the eticket as well pulled in the merge fields.

Simply finding that some tickets do not scan because they are probably printed in Chrome? or some reason. If I am working I would type in the number, but for others it would be easier to find the name. Thanks

    Yes this would be very helpful. Unfortunatly, the Altru folks have already marked this idea as "not planned" ... but it would help at the front line when scanning the ticket, and also on the attendance/roster side of things. Depending on the venue scanning tickets, the ticket scan may be at some type of front gate while the event is in a private room, roster being held at the door. Having the registered name on tickets for pre-registered events would help smooth processes after the guest is through the gate.
