Expand the ability to filter programs in reports

Here's my suggestion of the week...it would be wonderful to be able to filter program categories in reports, etc. by selecting those you actually want to report on rather than "one or all" as it is now.  We have 24 program categories and there are a number of them that I do not need included in my reports, but I can't filter out (or in) a selection of categories.
