Increase the number of itinerary merge fields on the Group Sales contract templates
We are unable to add multiple price types to an itinerary when booking a scheduled program that has a capacity for one specific price type. This requires us to create multiple itineraries, increasing the number of itineraries in a reservation.
A limit of 4 merge fields on the Group Sales contract templates does not seem to be enough. While testing the Group Sales contract templates, we realized a need for approx. 6-8 merge fields based on our current set up.

Can we create a field type to display the county sales tax, and a second for the state sales tax? It takes up a lot of time having to type these in. Schools want to see a break down of the costs, as they often have to seek reimbursement from the state for sales tax. Would help improve customer service!

There are many other fields that I'd like to include, such as additional contacts, end dates/times, location, special instructions, etc.

Agreed. Also, the fact that the merge fields don't give you a location or end time to a program, is crazy. You have to indicate that info when you schedule a program, so the fact it there are not merge fields for those is super inconvenient as we're making contracts manually.
