Confirmation Letter to print/email directly from reservation

I would be able to save lots of time if Altru had the capability to print and email a confirmation directly from the reservation itself.  Having to go into the amounts and due dates and generating a letter, searching for the letter, downloading the letter and then, saving to desktop to be able to email is a very tedious process.  Please stream-line this for us!
