Put a "hard-stop" limit (255 characters) on Reservation Important Notes form or increase size of "Important_Notes" field in database

Truncation is occurring on the Group Sales "Important_Notes" field when exporting to Excel for excessively long "important notes" text.  We've had this occur more than a few times now despite asking our operators to limit their comments in that field.  Instead of getting text in that field after export to Excel, we seem to get a long string of "########################" characters.

I was thinking maybe put a "hard-stop" limit (255 characters) on Reservation "Important notes" form or change the export to excel if at all possible.

We recently had a scenario where this occurred for 367 characters
