Altru Ideas

We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

When you manually remove a correspondence from a constituent record, it should automatically remove them from the appeal count

The appeal process is becoming a major problem and preventing us from using any of the built in reports and KPI responses in Altru.

If we manually remove a correspondence from a constituent's record, it should update the count on the appeal. More often then not, we have to review appeal lists before they go out. Inevitably we end up adding or deleting people off the list. Furthermore we have other data clean up that is necessary, such as address lines since appeals does not export two line addresses in separate columns. However, since the data is live, if we rerun the appeal with these additions and exclusions, we have to review the list again since it's now pulling in any members added (for example) since the last time it was run.

This is hugely important for precise response reporting necessary for large appeals like Annual Fund and Membership Renewals.
