Streamline Constituent/Member Login for Web Forms

On an almost daily basis, we get phone calls because our users do not understand the web form process.  It takes countless hours to give membership discount refunds, merge constituent records, and adjust online errors. Below is a recent complaint from one of our guests:

"I have tried many ways to sign

up for the OCM pirate camp.... I can not for the life of me receive the members

price.  It is so frustrating.  I am going to call tomorrow, but this

website is flawed with ordering things, because this isn't the first

time.  I do hope this is something that will be looked into in the

future.  If not, perhaps it should just list on the site to call or

something so as to not waste the time of members."

Please make this one of your future top priorities.

A starting point would to not have the guest leave the site.  Other online registration companies use a sleek pop up window and the original site has a transparency in the background.

    We have had many complaints like this too... and as we only have a small number of staff in the back office, most of which are part time, we really need our supporters to be using the online functionality so that our time is freed up from processing data and can be used for more important things!  Only yesterday I had to process a manual refund for the member price difference!!
