The on line registration form populates payor fields with registrant information. When a customer has signed in to the web form, it would make more sense to prepopulate with that customer's information.  We get a lot of camp registrations where the child shows as the patron on the order and appears to have made a payment with a credit card.  This means that the roster shows no parent.  I keep escalating the language we use on the forms, but I do think the default should be to prepopulate with the constituent who has signed in.
