A week or so ago, Blackbaud emailed out one of their suggestions, "Building Loyalty Through a Different Kind of Membership Program." Essentially, they suggest creating a point system for members, and giving out points for when they buy a membership, renew a membership, refer a friend, purchase items in the gift shop, etc. Points can be used towards free renewals and such. Think airline miles.
I think this is a great idea, but have no idea how such a point system would be done using Altru. Anyone have any suggestions?
