When selling a gift certificate, we need a place to add the gift cert. number in the system so that we can keep track of what gift certs. have been sold, but more importantly, when someone redeems the cert. we need to again put that number in the system to keep track of what certs. have been used! We have a unique situation with two locations where a customer could potentially use a gift cert. twice. because we aren't able to see that it was already used in Altru.
