Marketing surveys for advanced/online sales

If we set up a question in a marketing survey, say "where are you from" with 5-10 possible answers, does it only appear in daily sales?



We are interested in creating survey questions, but want to know how it works for people who buy tickets on the phone or online. Does it appear sometime during the order process? Does it show up before you are allowed to print the order? Or does it only show up for people buying in daily sales?

    This would be wonderful to have. A lot of our special event tickets are or will be sold online and it'd be great to have this survey option attached to our web forms.
