Copy and Paste into Query

One feature that we miss after converting from Raiser's Edge is the ability to Copy and Paste Constituent IDs from a spread sheet into a new query and have each ID placed into its own row (I believe it was limited to 250 entries).
Currently, Altru just splays the entire column into one row, each ID broken only by a space.

This would make our life so much easier for those data sets that aren't a part of any selections.
