The current model of only showing a single program instance is so hard for guests. Camps are such a popular and expected summer program . . . there should be a way for parents to seamlessly purchase multiple camp instances in one transaction without filing out registrant content over and over ad nauseam. Users expect ease with online transactions, and we're hopeful Altru will update its webform interface to allow for this customer expectation.
We recently had a member that was so frustrated with the experience of signing her kids up for a week of our "single day" camps that she said she will not return next summer unless we make the process easier!!
Was very painful doing the camp registrations this year due to having to re-enter all the registration information for the same registrant for up to 8 weeks!... If it could have a "copy registration data" button maybe this would make the process a lot quicker!
This belongs on the webform link for a program that contains multiple pre-registered events. Right now, the webform link for programs like this bring you to a page that simply contains links to the individual events under that program umbrella.
For us, we have a concert series, and most of the attendees purchase tickets for more than one. To sell these tickets through Altru webforms, they have to add each concert separately to the cart. A program registration page that includes tickets types and prices for each event under that umbrella would be a much-needed improvement.
Most of our families register for more than one camper and/or camp. This is needed from within Altru and for online transactions. It took about 3 hours for us to get 3 campers registered for 5 camps each last week. Thankfully, we didn't have to keep the parent on the phone the entire time.
This is also a need for us.
