Altru has very robust reporting for appeal mailing response, but almost nothing for renewal response. We've been targeting membership retention as a key growth area, and are beginning to do split testing with our renewal notices. It would be fabulous if I had a report like the appeal mailing performance report that would show the renewal notice packages sent to different segments and their respective renewal rates.
