Have "guest of" sort alphabetically under host.

Is there a way to change the "guest of" designation for unnamed guests of a registrant? Right now, it's alphabetized by G (for "guest of") and then by first name. This makes it difficult when checking people in at the event to find them on the printed list. Any suggestions?
