Ability to limit discounts per program instead of per discount
Right now, discounts that have limits (such as 2 tickets) only give 2 free tickets in the entire order. The way I want it to work is for the discount limitation to apply to every program listed on the discount. For example, I have 10 programs that this discount applies to. I want members to get 2 free tickets to each of those programs, not 2 free tickets per order period.
