The count of the number of registrants is inconsistent between the pre-registered event page and the roster.
For example, I have an event for which 25 people have pre-registered. Three of those people subsequently canceled. On the Registrants tab of the pre-registered event page, the count is Registrants = 25 which is confusing given that there are only 22 seats being used. On the Preregistered Program Roster, the count is Registrants = 22 although the list also includes those who canceled.
Suggestions:
- Use specific language as to what the count is referring to. So maybe something like All Registrants (which would be 25) vs. Non-Canceled Registrants (which would be 22).
- Provide the ability to filter the list of registrants on both the event page and on the roster. Then show a count of how many of the total are shown (22 / 25, for example).
- Provide an easy-to-see count of the remaining capacity, maybe at the top of the event page, next to Capacity. So it would read something like "Capacity: 200 -- 22 filled, 178 remaining"
