Allow a setting that does not require signature receipt for credit card charges under $25

We want to streamline the front desk and many of our credit card charges are under $25. It would help move things along if we didn't have to ask them to sign and return the signature receipt and instead could let them go through with their regular receipt. A setting for the receipt printer could perhaps be useful?
