Remove the 60-day Limit on Refunds
Hi all: A staff member in our development department is having trouble refunding a security deposit. She says Altru won't let her do it because the deposit was made more than 60 days ago. She says she also couldn't refund the deposit in BBMS because of the same reason. Is there truly a 60-day limit for refunding deposits? I don't think I ever heard this.
