I thought this idea already might exist, but I can't find it so I figured I'd add it. Often when I schedule a program event like a tour or a field trip activity, it's for a specific group reservation. If that group cancels, I don't want to have that "phantom" tour or program still listed on the calendar since it's no longer happening. That means I have to clear the group's itinerary, then cancel the reservation, then go back to the program and delete that instance of it from the calendar. In some cases with large groups doing multiple programs in one visit, that can be a lot of steps. And if I forget to clear the itinerary before cancelling the reservation, that phantom program is locked on the calender forever (since I can't edit a checked-in or cancelled group itinerary, and I can't delete an event that's tied to a reservation.)



I would love to see an option included with cancelling a reservation that asks if I'd like to automatically delete any program events tied to their itinerary at the same time. Obviously if multiple groups can book that same program event I wouldn't want to be able to delete it, but when only one group is booked for a program event that was scheduled just for them I'd like a simple way to clear the whole thing off the calendar when they cancel.
