Ability to manage volunteers and jobs through web forms online

I love how great the existing web forms are as the completed orders are instantly put into Altru. A great addition to this would be to add a web forms component for volunteers and jobs.



For example, I'd love to publish jobs online and then have volunteers sign up. This would really save our volunteer staff time if they could have the volunteers schedule and manage their own jobs and availability so that it could be updated right in the database.

    This is a great idea and it would be so helpful! I would love to keep everything within Altru, but need a platform where my docent volunteers can view jobs and sign up on their own, rather than being assigned by an administrator.

    Yes!! Our Museum agrees with this as well. the backend is well thought out and the processes are similar to other activities in Altru - Not have a portal that volunteers can see upcoming opportunities and signup for them would make the package complete!

    We agree with this as well.  We ultimately want Altru to be our home for everything, but are currently using Volunteer Spot to allow volunteers opportunity to sign up for jobs online.  I would think it would be a great and easy feature to add to Altru/webforms
