Adding Individuals to Appeal Mailing

I would like to be able to add individuals to appeal mailings (similar to how one can do that for invitations). On occasion in the office, we will manual build a solicitation to particular people for a specific fund - and the only way I can get it to go through Appeal Mailings is to build a query that filters on their look up IDs.

    I would also like to see the ability to remove individual constituents from a mailing that were not removed through the exclusions!
