Deposits on Group Tours Should Be Able to be Forfeited - Not Only Refunded

Currently the system makes an assumption that all museums refund group tour deposits. Altru cannot handle the fact that a museum might want to keep the deposit if a group cancels within a window of time before the reservation.



Isn't that the whole purpose of a deposit?? It would be nice to see Altru offer forfeiture and generate the proper distributions. Altru should provide the option to either refund or keep a deposit.
