Notification in Daily Sales to Display for all Members in a Membership

It would be great if we can set up membership notifications to display in daily sales. A lot of times we have membership issues that affect all members. Right now we have to add a notification for each constituent. It would save a lot of time if we can edit the notification under membership documentations.
