Why does the "Refund Status" value change to "2" and "Is refunded" value to "Yes" if refunding every price type in an order, but not marking registrants "Canceled"?
If I am only refunding a portion of the amount on
every price type in an order, but the guests are still in attendance to the museum , the above occurs. Here are a couple of screen shots:
Clicked "No" - Is this technically a "Full Refund"?
However, if I refund a portion of an amount for
not all price types in an order, the "Refund Status" value changes to "1" and "Is refunded" value to "Yes":
If there is still an "amount" tied to a price type, wouldn't this be a "Partial Refund"?
