Tracking changes in acknowledgment letters

In the constituent record or sales, you can often run the history to discover who the last person who made changes and the changes made in the record.  It would be nice to be able to track changes or history to queries and acknowledgment letters.

In queries, you can lock and select certain users to protect the query, but it is not wise to unlock everyone in case something happens and someone needs access.

In both instances, I have had queries altered and have had my acknowledgment letters altered, but without history cannot tell who did what or why. In most instances, no one should be touching these, and of course no one is going to confess.
