Add a billing address and billing contact option for Group Sales

For many of our group sales reservations the address at which a group is coming from or we are going to is not the same as the billing address.  The billing for a school may go to a foundation, school district, school foundation, or PTA.  Having a separate billing field with an address and contact would be beneficial to our organization.
