We use Custom Items for our internal meeting holds for various locations throughout our museum. Sometimes we have reoccurring meetings or set ups in those locations. It would be nice if we had a "safety net" to show conflicts if there are indeed any. (If operator misreads an availability report)
Currently, there is nothing that will jump out to an operator if they copy a reservation (with custom item locations) to the next reoccurring date. It seems as though it has been booked without issue. No conflict exists because it will only check for itinerary resource conflicts. I would love to see the copy reservation feature include itinerary item conflicts.
Something to note: Operator would have to return back into the itinerary item or run a query to see that there was indeed a conflict. Because of this, I have instructed operators to not use the copy reservation feature. I would really like to be able to use this functionality as it is definitely a time saver.
