Altru Ideas

I would like Altru to add question options to memberships. The questions should be able to be customized by administrators and there should be different types, such as a checkbox, fill-in-the-blank, etc. I would like to ask any level membership if they would like to make their membership a "green" (paperless) membership, and allow them to fill in the email address at which they would like to receive electronic communications.
