Ability to delete registrants from a program

We have an upcoming program that we are selling Advanced ticket sales for that require registration. Unfortunately two of the guests were registered twice. I refunded the duplicate entry for both, however they are still showing up twice in the program roster list of registrants. How do I delete the duplicate entry from the roster so they no longer show up twice?
