Add a year-to-date dataset to the Zip code report for comparison

I realize by selecting "This Year" in the Date parameter will basically give the results for "year-to-date", though team members have said it may provide a nice visual comparison if a "year-to-date" dataset or maybe even chart was provided on the same report page.
