When doing a program search, I would rather the inactive programs automatically not come up instead if me having to check that box every time... I would rather check it if I want to see the inactive programs, which isn't often and it would help keep my search smaller and less confusing. Or inactive items throughout the system should automatically turn red so we know not to use them unless we make them active again!
