Have Sticky Filters in Quick Search Function

I would really, really like to be able to use the quick search function and search preferences. I've pretty much trained myself to use the left menu search, but other staff use the quick search and then can't find someone who IS in the database.



Also, I'd like to be able to opt for no Household results.
