Would like to be able to do partial refunds for items
It would be very helpful to be able to partially refund items in an order. Sometimes we have customers who have purchased merchandise or other items where we will allow a refund on part of the item. For example, only part of the merchandise could be damaged or unusable and therefore it doesn't merit a full refund.
Currently we have to refund the entire order and then ring it up again with a discount. Due to this we sometimes we have customers who get upset when we have to charge their card again. This would be a nice feature to have.
