Limit Discounts by Date of Purchase Rather than Order
Automatic membership discount set up issue.
I am trying to make things easier for our ticketing team when it comes to processing members. We have timed ticketing, and have discovered if a family of 4 member arrives with more than 4 people in their party Altru will overdiscount the transaction if we do not use the same timed general admission for all admission price types in the system.
I feel this is a flaw in Altru. Members are allowed a certain number of admission per day, not per time of day on the same day. Altru discounts should have a way to police this, or an option button to choose when putting amount restrictions on discounts. If we can choose the max. number to discount it should be date driven by the activity it is restricted to. Has anyone else in the community come across this issue if you use timed ticketing, or have any suggestions how to set this up so I can acheive my goal of limiting the number of admissions per day per membership level?
