Open Cash Drawer Button

We'd love to see a button on the sales screen to open the cash drawer. Since only some places feel comfortable having this function on the daily sales screen, it could be an option for those who want it.

    This is marked as shipped but has not been implemented. I would still really like to see this as an option.
