Include inactive (and deceased) members in search by default
It would be immensely helpful to have inactive and deceased constituents included in search by default.
There is often ongoing business connected with these constituents, and at least a couple of times a week, staff come to me, frustrated and concerned because Constituent X is "no longer in the database!" Of course, they are, but the staff person doesn't know or forgot to set search to include inactives and deceased.
Plus, inactives quite often come in for a visit and want to rejoin and they and our FD folks are frustrated and puzzled when they "aren't in the database anymore".
Inactives and deceased are well flagged - I don't think it is a problem to have them show up in search.
