Contact person on an Organization record

When I add an organization, it lets me put in their name, and their address/phone/email, but it doesn't put in a contact person. There's no field for it. Can this be added? For example, talking to a hotel, and adding them as an Organization, there would be no information on who is the "point man" to my organization. Is this possible to add?
