Change Advanced Sales default so Host name does not automatically add to list of registrants.

We have the same issue with program event tickets when a patron buys multiple tickets but doesn't plan on attending. Through Advanced sales we can add all of the guests if we know them when we know all the guests when we are entering the sale, but can't edit it once the sale has been completed.
