Inserting a logo into a web form

ECHO is working with a partner organization for a program, and though we are selling tickets, we want our partner's logo to show up on the web form. Is there any way, aside from including the HTML tag in the program name, to insert the partner logo into the web form? When we try to put it in the description it says that img tags are excluded from web forms descriptions.



Alternately, is there any way around the character limit on the program name?
